88-Day Confirmed Operation Warranty
This warranty applies to items explicitly marked as “Confirmed Operation” whether purchased online or in person, including local pickup, swap meets, or marketplaces.
Warranty Duration
- 88 calendar days from delivery for shipped items
- 88 calendar days from purchase or pickup for in-person sales
Coverage
We guarantee that the main mechanical and electrical functions operate as described in the listing for 88 calendar days. This warranty covers functionality at the time of sale only and does not guarantee long-term reliability or future performance of equipment.
Warranty Exclusions
- Items sold As-Is
- Cosmetic wear
- Battery health
- Light seal condition unless specifically guaranteed
- Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repair, dropping, water, or impact
Warranty Claim Remedy
If a covered defect occurs, we will offer, in order, repair, replacement, or a full refund. Prepaid shipping labels will be provided for verified warranty returns. All warranty returns are subject to our Return Packaging and Damage Liability Policy.
As-Is Sales (No Warranty)
- Items explicitly marked “As-Is” are sold without any warranty for function or condition.
- These items are sold as final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Items sold as “As-Is” may be incomplete, non-functional, or require significant repair. Functionality is not guaranteed.
